David Boyle Architect is an award winning architectural practice. We operate out of a design studio in Pretty Beach, adjacent to Bouddi National Park between Killcare and Wagstaffe on the Central Coast, 2 hours north of Sydney. The majority of our houses are located in Sydney’s inner west, eastern suburbs, city fringe, north shore and northern beaches as well as on the Central Coast. David Boyle Architect has also completed projects in rural NSW in Albury. We specialize in residential architecture of all types, including new homes, pools, holiday houses and large alterations and additions in city, suburban, heritage conservation, rural and bushland settings. We have undertaken projects of most residential building types including detached homes, terraces, semi-detached houses, multi-unit residential and Torrens title subdivision developments.
Our houses have received architectural and industry awards from the Institute of Architects Awards, the Houses Magazine House of the Year, the Dulux Colour Awards, the Australian Timber Design Awards, the Marrickville Medal and Waverley Council Urban Design Awards. Our homes have been featured in leading Australian architectural magazines and popular publications and TV programs as well as architectural publications with international distribution.
